1. General Information
Brimbus (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a creative branding and design agency providing services including but not limited to: brand strategy, visual identity, packaging design, website design, and 3D visualization.
Use of this website or any engagement with Brimbus services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
All services provided by Brimbus are custom, project-based, and tailored to individual client needs. A detailed project scope will be outlined in the proposal or agreement prior to the start of work. Any request beyond the initial scope will be treated as a change request and may incur additional fees.
3. Payments & Invoicing

All payments are to be made as per the agreed milestone or payment schedule.

Delay in payment may result in pause or termination of services.

Work will not begin until the initial payment is received.
4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once a project is initiated and payment is made, all transactions are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, content, and creative outputs remain the property of Brimbus until full payment is received.

Upon final payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

Brimbus reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary to move the project forward.

Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Brimbus.
7. Revisions & Edits

Projects include a set number of revisions as defined in the scope.

Additional revisions or significant changes outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
8. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on mutual availability and efficient communication.

Brimbus is not liable for delays caused due to client unavailability, changes in scope, or third-party dependencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brimbus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by giving written notice. In case of termination:

The client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

No refunds will be issued for work already initiated or completed.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
